JetterJuice™

Jetter Juice™ has been designed by Surfactant Technologies to dramatically increase the performance and effectiveness of all types of water jetting equipment from the largest trucks to the smallest jetting systems.
The introduction of a trash pump, sewage pump or any type of circulation and or agitation device will work. Jetter Juice™ will not sink the hydrocarbons or allow them to settle down stream.

For Small & Large Jetter Trucks

Benefits

JetterJuice’s™ technology breaks the hydrocarbons down to their molecular compounds

JetterJuice™ properly applied will eliminate the dangers of volatile hydrocarbon releases by emulsifying and encapsulating the hydrocarbon material into the water phase; reducing or eliminating the danger of fire or explosion. JetterJuice™ will break down the gelatinous formations of starches and caustics and aid in the flushing of stuck water soluble compounds.

Jetter Juice’s™ micro-fractionation technology (MFT) is unlike anything before it. A .125% solution, or 16 ounces of Jetter Juice™ to 100 gallons of water, will achieve Release-Fractionation; a 1% or 1 gallon of Jetter Juice™ to 100 gallons water will achieve a faster Micro-Fractionation. (For extreme conditions you may need to up the percentage, up to 5 %.) MFT is a physical action not a chemical reaction. (So it will not harm pipes or equipment) Jetter Juice’s™ fractionation will not sink the fats, oil & grease (FOG) allowing the FOG to be readily managed down stream. Jetter Juice™ is designed to instantly fraction the FOG on contact.

Jetter Juice™ Features

  • Affordability: As little as 16 ounces of JetterJuice™ to 100 gallons of water reduces the surface tension of the water from 72 Dynes to 31 Dynes. Simple put you are using a much sharper (60% sharper) edge to your knife.
  • JetterJuice™ properly applied will eliminate the dangers of volatile organic compounds (VOC) releases; reducing or eliminating the danger of fire or explosion.
  • JetterJuice™ will break down the gelatinous formations of starches and caustic mixtures.
  • JetterJuice™ aids in the flushing and break down of water soluble compounds (i.e. paints, inks, glue, etc.).
  • JetterJuice™ will not harm pipes, liners, pumps, grinders, floats, water proof housings.
  • JetterJuice’s™ technology breaks the hydrocarbons down to their molecular compounds.

Set Up & Installation

Jetter Juice is user friendly. Please follow the directions listed to achieve maximum benefit.

Before Starting:
Make sure that all employees have reviewed the Material Safety Data Sheet, are wearing appropriate protection where required, and understand the operation of the jetting machine.

  1. Jetter Juice is highly concentrated and must be diluted prior to using. Add 1.2 gallons of Jetter Juice for every 99 gallons of water to be used. As a rule of thumb, 1000 gallons of water mixed with 12 gallons of Jetter Juice will clean approximately 1100-1200’ of 8” sewer line. When cleaning heavily caked lines or lines that are larger, a second application may be required, or double the application rate for the initial cleaning (i.e., 24 gallons in 1000 gallons).
  2. Following the equipment manufacturer’s directions and using a tornado-type or rotating nozzle, begin cleaning at downstream manhole at maximum PSI setting. Best results are normally found by operating at 50% of maximum reel speed. Stop the process at the upstream manhole and shut down the system.
  3. Wait approximately 10 minutes. Then begin cleaning again as you retrieve the line. Again, maximum PSI, 50% line speed.
  4. Watch the emulsified greases and debris flush back toward the downstream manhole. Upon reaching the downstream manhole, the cleaning is complete.

Our Technology is rooted deep in the environmental sciences; brought forward to address the common & the uncommon needs of a responsible society.

Jetter Juice’s™ technology is great for cleaning drain lines, sewers, lift stations, wet wells, man holes, sludge pits, etc., anywhere you have hydrocarbons; liquid or soponified (hard soap like).

All products should be used in compliance with all federal, State and Municipal Rules and Regulations
